Wyoming basketball has been excellent at its home arena this year, posting an 8-1 record heading into last night’s game against New Mexico.  The Lobos may have discovered the reason for the Cowboys’ home court advantage: NO WAY!!!! The Lobos said something about the rim for the 2nd half…and they wee right…it was high. They just adjusted it #GoLobos #MWBB — UNMHoops (@UNMHoops) January 9, 2014 After New Mexico’s seven-foot center Alex Kirk noticed that he could not grab the net from a standing position, like he normally can, officials measured the rims and found them to be higher than ten feet. UNM’s Twitter account says the rim was lowered three inches, while Wyoming said the difference was only one inch. Either way, it seems like Wyoming has figured out the issue, and New Mexico has thanked them for dealing with the issue. Appreciate the Wyoming staff/admins. for their hard work in figuring out what happened with basket last night #GoLobos #Kudos — UNMHoops (@UNMHoops) January 9...
