Deric Rudolph scored 20 points, hitting six 3-pointers, and Rashad Hassan and Arnold Louis posted double-doubles as Savannah State cruised past Trinity Baptist 86-56 on Tuesday night. Trinity Baptist, which shot 58.8 percent in the second half (10 of 17), closed the gap to 13 points, 57-44, with 7:38 left on an Xavier Perkins three-point play. Savannah State answered with an 8-0 run, with Rudolph making two 3-pointers in the spurt.
