Sean Kilpatrick was named the Big East Player of the Week after his big week against DePaul and especially his UC Big East record 36 point outing in the win over Marquette. It's the second time this season that SK has been named the conference player of the week. The first time was back in November after the Global Sports Thing in Las Vegas were UC beat Iowa State and Oregon. Kilpatrick followed the honor with 21 points in yesterday's game.  Let's go to the press release from the Big East.    PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The BIG EAST Conference has named Cincinnati guard Sean Kilpatrick and St. John's forward JaKarr Sampson the winners of the league's weekly men's basketball honors for the week-ending Jan. 20.   Kilpatrick was named BIG EAST Player of the Week after he helped Cincinnati to a pair of league wins.
