Michigan State has had some pretty good linebackers in the past few years, and the 2013 class is bringing in a couple more very good ones -- Jon Reschke and Shane Jones. Brother Rice linebacker Jon Reschke had 13 tackles in the Warriors' win Saturday. (247Sports Photo)

Reshcke, a senior at Birmingham Brother Rice, helped his team shut out Michigan quarterback recruit Shane Morris and Warren De La Salle on Saturday in a 28-0 victory.

Reshcke led the Warriors with 13 tackles and 2 1/2 sacks.

Jones and Cincinnati Moeller stayed undefeated with a 34-27 win against Louisville St. Xavier. The Crusaders moved up to No. 11 in USA Today's national rankings following the win.

Jones had eight tackles in  the win. Moeller will face Cincinnati St. Xavier this week, but Trey Kilgore still is out injured.

Damion Terry and Drake Harris continued to put up big numbers in victories last weekend.

Terry completed 16-of-20 passes to lead Cathedral Prep to a 37-6 win. Terry threw for 227 yards and three touchdowns, while running for another score. He now has thrown for 737 yards in three games and thrown for eight touchdowns and ran for three.

Harris had seven catches for 154 yards and two touchdowns in Grand Rapids Christian's win against Hudsonville. He has racked up 22 catches for 454 yards and six touchdowns in four games.

Downingtown East wide receiver Jay Harris also continues to produce, this time with six catches for 60 yards and two touchdowns. He has five touchdowns through three games.

As for running backs, Flint Carman Ainsworth star Gerald Holmes had 122 yards on just 10 carries, three of which went for touchdowns, as his team moved to 4-0. For the season, Holmes has 474 yards on 37 carries and has ran for seven touchdowns.

Beaver Dam's R.J. Shelton struggled last week, as he was limited to just 69 yards on 20 carries. He did score a 38-yard touchdown, however. He has racked up 733 yards on 89 carries and 10 touchdowns.

Warren Harding safety Jalyn Powell was making plays on the offensive side of the ball in his team's 27-12 win on Friday. Powell scored on a 25-yard reception and a 9-yard run. In week one (Aug. 30), Powell had 13 tackles.

Solon's Darian Hicks was in and out of his team's game with an ankle injury, but still had a 53-yard touchdown reception.
