Video shows Wagner’s Will Martinez trying to go after Bryant fans

Will Martinez was ejected from Tuesday’s NEC tournament final at Bryant after trying to go after some rival fans.

Bryant blitzed Wagner and won the game 70-43. There was a delay with just under five minutes remaining after a fight broke out between the fans (video here).

Some fans were escorted out of the game, and Martinez was ejected. A video captured by Morey Hershgordon showed what Martinez was doing. He was trying to go after the fans and had to be restrained by his teammates.

That could have gotten really bad.

Martinez had seven points in 31 minutes prior to his ejection. His teammate, Alex Morales, went 0-of-16 shooting and had just three points in 35 minutes. Overall, it was a brutal game for the Seahawks, who got run out of Bryant’s home gym.
