Moore went down with the injury late in the second half of the contest, which the Wildcats won 50-44. The No. 2 seed in the South Region will face the No. 1 seed from the Midwest region — Kansas — in the national semifinals 6:09 p.m. ET on Saturday.
A junior, Moore ranks second on Villanova in both points (14.8) and assists per game (2.3), while placing third in rebounds per contest (4.8). Moore registered a .397/.356/.750 shooting line as well.
He was Second-Team All-Big East this year and was part of the All-South Region Team announced after Saturday's game.
