After playing well in the G-League Elite Camp, he earned a spot in the NBA Combine, where he impressed during 5-on-5 scrimmages. Tyson is a sharp-shooting wing who also rebounds extremely well for his size. One of the nation's leaders in double-doubles in 2022-23, Tyson shot 40.5% from beyond the arc.
