Dewayne Dedmon, USC's 7-foot NBA prospect, suffered an torn anterior cruciate ligament during the Trojans' loss to Colorado Thursday and will be sidelined the rest of the season.

Dedmon back for USC; missed 1 game to foot injury
Southern California center Dewayne Dedmon has returned to the lineup much sooner than expected after suffering a stress injury to his right foot.
The 7-foot sophomore, a junior-college transfer, missed only one game. He started for USC on Saturday at Minnesota.

Southern California forward Dewayne Dedmon has been diagnosed with a stress injury in his right foot and could miss four to six weeks.
The school said Tuesday that an MRI taken on Monday revealed the stress injury to the fifth metatarsal in his foot. Dedmon is in a walking boot and using crutches.
