Maryland Heads To UVA For Big Clash
Maryland is getting better. Despite losing PeShon Howard, the Terps cruised past BC on Thursday in what may have been their most complete game of the season. The Terps got out in front early and they were able to maintain the lead for the entire game.
Virginia, on the other hand, is coming off back to back losses including a double digit loss at Clemson. Surely, the Cavaliers...

The Return Of Maryland's Pe'Shon Howard
Lots to talk about in College Park right now. Tomorrow, we expect to see the long awaited return of Maryland's only true point guard, Pe'Shon Howard. Howard's foot injury has healed quicker than anyone could have hoped, and as a result, Terp fans get to see what this team looks like with a real point guard.
The optimistic side of me expects immediate dividends...

Billy Kennedy Takes Leave Of Absence; Pe'Shon Howard And Festus Ezeli Get Hurt
You've probably heard that new Texas A&M Coach Billy Kennedy has been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and is taking a leave of absence. I don't have much to add, because it would be callous to talk about the basketball implications at the moment. I'm sure we all wish Kennedy and his family the best, and it's terrible that he might never be a head coach...

Terps lose guard Pe'Shon Howard for 10-12 weeks
Maryland point guard Pe'Shon Howard will be sidelined up to three months with a broken foot.
First-year coach Mark Turgeon says Howard broke a small bone in his left foot. The injury will prevent that 6-foot-3 sophomore from practicing.
Turgeon said Thursday that Howard will probably miss 10 to 12 weeks.
