TEAMS: Oklahoma Sooners
PLAYERS: Sam Bradford
The 74th winner of the Heisman Trophy is Oklahoma quarterback, Sam Bradford. He is just the second sophomore ever to win it; Tebow was the first last year. Bradford has had an absurd season and has lead an aerial assault across the best of the Big XII. He threw for 4,464 yards and 48 touchdowns, all while completing 68% of his passes.

I have been trying to tell all that would listen that this kid might just walk off with the trophy. Cool deal! I think he will also be a good pro. He has all of the tools. Boomer Sooner!!!!

yeah I dont watch college football but from what analysts were saying is he is the one quarterback who is least likely to be a bust. just because hes not in the spread offense and is in more of an NFL type offense

He deserved it,even though I thought that Tim Tebow was gonna make history, but it's all good that's just Motivation for the Gators defense to exploit Bradford on January,8th..Yeah he's gonna be a good NFL quarterback unless he ends up in Detroit, lol Go Gators!!!

The Gator defense better have the stuff together. If OU hangs 60 on them, it will be a lot of fun.

one of the best final 3's in some years...the simple fact that, even truth of loaded skill players, OU and it's Bradford-directed Offense set a 700+ point NCAA record...if I was a voter, that would be the edge...all 3 deserving...and man, with most QB's, pro-teams have no idea what they are getting in potential

Going for the trifecta on my birthday weekend. Bradford wins the Heisman, the Cowboys beat the G-Men and hoping for a Cleveland miracle tonight.

  • the voters made the right choice! Bradford WILL make it in the NFL. just hope he doesn't get stuck in detroit or cincy. colt mccoy will be the NFL flop.

One thing Bradford has over those guys is smarts. The kid is a very smart QB who doesn't make a lot of mistakes. Good mechanics and a strong arm. He can air it out downfield. Funny thing is, he wasn't supposed to start at OU, but beat out the stud, McNichol from Michigan last year and has done a terrific job. I'd like to see him stay another year though. I don't think McCoy is NFL material.

Hopefully bradford doesn't end up like some of his heisman predecessors....Gino Toretta, Jason White, Danny Wuerffel, Rashan Saalam ring a bell? All had monster years and flopped in the big show.

I think he would be a good fit in New England if number 12 ever decides to hang it up.
  • The Gaters better have "their stuff together"?... All i can say is we will see. But, be ready to watch Tebow go after Bradsaw. We all know what he can do when he puts his mind to it. Heisman... what????????
