The focus of Eagles fans has been Brandon Pettigrew, but I would be surprised if the Eagles use a top pick on a position like TE. It’s just not worth a first-round pick. Tight end is very deep this year. The Eagles are looking at Cornelius Ingram and Jared Cook as potential second-round picks. They could even wait as much as the fourth round before taking a tight end. A guy that could potentially be a tremendous steal is Chase Coffman, who I talked briefly about in my last article on a review of Walter Football’s mock draft for the Eagles.

Take a look at this guy. It seems like this guy can catch anything and as we know, Andy could care less about an elite blocking TE like Pettigrew. All Andy cares about is if the guy can make catches and Chase Coffman can certainly do that.

Andy Reid does not care about blocking? Are you on crack? He was a frickin' offensive lineman. They draft oline every year. They sign offensive lineman to big contracts. The first big free agent signing of his regime was Jon Runyan! The down and nasty, block to whistle. . . . .or longer tackle. The second Andrews this year! Come on, think before you post.

I was strictly talking about tight ends, not offensive linemen... Jerk off!

Yeah, which is why Chad Lewis was always rated so high, and another reason LJ was b-crack. LJ could not really block. Neither can Celek yet. So if they do get a tight end, blocking will be more important then weapon. Celek is good enough a weapon, we need an in line blocker. And sorry I hurt your feelings. . . you shoudn't take things so seriously. GO BIRDS!
