Week 8 Preview: Titans vs Colts
When the Titans schedule was announced, this was the game everyone circled on their calendar. The Colts have won our division 5 straight years. If the Titans want the AFC crown, they have to take it from Indy. With our fast start, we've put ourselves in great position, but we have to beat the Colts to show people we're for real. The Colts at 3-3, feel as though the season...
Things I Have Learned... from the Colts at the Titans
The Counselor is IN:
Things I Have Learned... from the Colts at the Titans.
1) QB Kerry Collins looked solid as the starting QB for the Titans. He had less yardage than Manning and no TDs but he also had no interceptions. He is the right choice for this time instead of Vince Young.
2) TE Dallas Clark is an underrated TE. He is a great tight end and an excellent fantasy...
Titans-Colts Game Notes
Wow. What a thrill to see the Titans play so well in such an important game. We didn't do everything right, but it seemed like every player on the team made a vital contribution at some point. I haven't had a chance to watch the TV broadcast yet, but thinking about it, and looking over the numbers, its clear that Jeff Fisher and crew just had the better game plan. Discounting...
Colts RB Joseph Addai Ruled Out Vs Titans
Joseph Addai will miss his second straight start when the Indianapolis Colts meet the Tennessee Titans Monday night in Nashville. The veteran running back has been ruled out of the critical AFC South showdown with a hamstring injury. He suffered the injury Oct. 12 against Baltimore and did not play in last Sunday's loss at Green Bay.
Game Night: Nashville
Headed down to the game now and couldn't be more excited. I have a thousand thoughts swirling around my head... Something I heard on the radio today kinda stuck with me: Even if the Colts play well we can still beat them. When we play our best football (particularly on defense) no team is better than us. Sure they can play with us, and the game might be close, but we have a championship...
Department of Clever Scheduling
While Sunday Night Football has traditionally taken a World Series hiatus, Monday Night Football has not; before 2007, Monday was typically a travel day for MLB. Last year, the Boston sweep prevented a Monday night Game 5.With MNF slotted against Game 5 of the Series, how does the NFL avoid a potential conflict?Well, this evening's contest is between the Titans and the Colts...
