This might be the most ridiculous NCAA violation I've ever heard of. Unless Jerri Spurrier, wife of Steve Spurrier, is mailing keys to a new SUV along with these letters, the NCAA might want to let this one go. Sure, hand-writing letters is a waste of time in the modern age of email, but I wouldn't exactly classify it as a "Level II offense."
