Randy Shannon hasn't won or lost a football game yet. But it hasn't stopped the new Miami coach from letting his players know who is in charge. Can he get them back under control enough to win again? Can he make them a power? Can he recruit kids to a program that's falling apart literally with its facilities? I don't think he can.
