Titans Agree To Contract With Draft Pick
The Titans have agreed to a multiyear contract with seventh-round draft pick Cary Williams.The cornerback joins other draft picks Lavelle Hawkins and Stanford Keglar. That leaves four more to be signed before training camp opens July 25. The 6-2, 190 pound Williams was the 229th pick overall out of Division II Washburn. He spent three years at Washburn with a redshirt season but started his career at Fordham. Williams had 11 interceptions and averaged 25.5 yards on kickoff returns with two touchdowns in his career at Washburn.
