Troy Proud Of Second Half Rebound
The Troy defense nearly got run over twice on Saturday.
Continue to 2nd paragraph The first time came prior to Saturday's game when a car carrying Gator fans swerved into the bus carrying Trojan defenders. The second time came in the first half at The Swamp, with the Florida offense as the culprit. After two periods, fourth-ranked UF led 49-3 on its way to a 59-31 victory and had 342 of its 500 total yards. Gator quarterback Tim Tebow was 15-of-18 for 217 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions. And tight end Cornelius Ingram already had a career-high 101 receiving yards. The numbers made last week's 46-26 Troy loss at Arkansas almost seem like a Baltimore Ravens' special by comparison.
