Titans Gab:
The Titans have come to count on kicker Rob Bironas over the past few seasons to deliver in the clutch.? That's why today's strained groin muscle that Bironas suffered is got the team a bit on edge. The All-Pro hurt the groin during a special teams drill, and said he felt a slight pull kicking off.? Coach Jeff Fisher did his best to dismiss the injury to Bironas, as well as one to backup punter Josh Miller, who also pulled a groin, as minor.? "We're not too concerned about it," coach Jeff Fisher said. "We've checked them out. They're day to day. We may be a couple days without them, but we don't plan on making any moves at this point. They'll get out there and be fine."
Bironas scored 133 points last season, going 35 of 39 on field goals.? He said he'll take the injury as it comes and go from there. "The trainers say I'll be fine, so take it one day at a time," Bironas said. "When they say I'm ready to go, I'm ready to go. Make sure we get it right before the season starts."
