Despite the newly repaired wall around Fort Schembechler, we are starting to see practice photos from our Wolverines. It's an exciting time of year. You get to see the effect that an offseason of VB (Voluntary Barwis) has done to the team, and the depth chart becomes more clear as we approach Connecticut. But with the good comes the bad. We read about Justin Turner and Will Campbell coming in horribly overweight. We read that Michael Shaw, much like myself, doesn't like going to class. And we are also revisited by something absolutely horrible that has infected this athletic department. Adidas. The bad taste in your mouth after watching the past 2 seasons of Michigan football is not due to Adidas. This has nothing to do with the product on the field (although it is worth noting that only 1 Adidas school has ever won a BCS National Championship: Tennessee in 1998).
