Brigham Young Cougars wide receiver Cody Hoffman has 28 career touchdown receptions in just three seasons of play. That ranks third all-time at BYU. However, he is only the second player to have his touchdown receptions so widely distributed.Did you know that Cody Hoffman has caught at least 5 touchdown passes from three different quarterbacks?   Those quarterbacks are:Riley Nelson (15);Jake Heaps (8);James Lark (5).The 15 touchdown receptions from Nelson ranks sixth all-time at BYU for most touchdowns by the same quarterback and wide receiver. The only other BYU player to do this is Eric Drage. He caught at least five touchdowns from Ty Detmer (12), John Walsh (10), and Ryan Hancock (5). BYU will have a new starting quarterback next year. Should Hoffman catch two touchdowns from him, he will be the only player in BYU history to have caught at least two touchdowns from four different players.  The Editor appreciates all feedback.
