The focus of Eagles fans has been Brandon Pettigrew, but I would be surprised if the Eagles use a top pick on a position like TE. It’s just not worth a first-round pick. Tight end is very deep this year. The Eagles are looking at Cornelius Ingram and Jared Cook as potential second-round picks. They could even wait as much as the fourth round before taking a tight end. A guy that could potentially be a tremendous steal is Chase Coffman, who I talked briefly about in my last article on a review of Walter Football’s mock draft for the Eagles.Take a look at this guy. It seems like this guy can catch anything and as we know, Andy could care less about an elite blocking TE like Pettigrew. All Andy cares about is if the guy can make catches and Chase Coffman can certainly do that.VIDEO TO FOLLOW AT THE FULL URL -- YOU NEED TO SEE THIS GUY -- WOW!

Andy Reid does not care about blocking? Are you on crack? He was a frickin' offensive lineman. They draft oline every year. They sign offensive lineman to big contracts. The first big free agent signing of his regime was Jon Runyan! The down and nasty, block to whistle. . . . .or longer tackle. The second Andrews this year! Come on, think before you post.

I was strictly talking about tight ends, not offensive linemen... Jerk off!

Yeah, which is why Chad Lewis was always rated so high, and another reason LJ was b-crack. LJ could not really block. Neither can Celek yet. So if they do get a tight end, blocking will be more important then weapon. Celek is good enough a weapon, we need an in line blocker. And sorry I hurt your feelings. . . you shoudn't take things so seriously. GO BIRDS!

Ingram staying for senior season

Cornelius Ingram initially said he would skip his senior year.

Analysis of Eagle's Draft According to WalterFootball.com

I always find what Walter Football has to say about the Eagles draft interesting. He usually throws some curve balls from what you’re used to seeing at other mock drafts. Let’s see who he has the Eagles taking with their first 5 picks:21 - Robert Ayers - (DE) - Tennessee 28 - Alex Mack - (C) - California 53 - Duke Robinson - (OG) - Oklahoma 85 - Javon Ringer - (RB) - Michigan...

Andy Reid CAUGHT on tape saying....

We Got You On Tape This Time Andy Written by Garry Cobb Friday, 27 March 2009 I was on 610-WIP yesterday morning and talked with the Morning Show about what Andy Reid had to say to reporters out in California during the owners meetings. We caught the big fella in a lie. Reid told reporters in Cali that he was always going to go back to Donovan...

Kevin Kolb the answer for the Red Zone?

I saw this article, and had to read it. Ravens coach and old secondary coach for the Eagles John Harbaugh thinks Kevin Kolb has a bright future in this league. We as Eagle fans often see Kolb the way he played against the Ravens, but we dont see him the way he played in mini camp, and alot of us dont remember how he did in pre-season. Harbaugh gives us a chance to look at it...

NFL Eagles Mock Draft - Could these Prospects become Philadelphia Eagles?

It is time to predict the Philadelphia Eagles selections for the 2009 NFL Draft. Last season I predicted that the Eagles would select Wide Receiver DeSean Jackson with one of their first selections and in the second round that is what they did. Don't believe me check my post entitled:"Iggles Corner - 1/25/08 -NFL Draft". So now, onto the picks, like last year I am going...

Eagles to "definitely" take a RB in first round, looking at Donald Brown

Word on the street says there’s a 99% chance the Eagles take a running back in the first round. With Buckhalter going to the Broncos and Westbrook coming off a season full of knee problems at 30-years-old, it’s safe to assume the Eagles will use one of their first two picks to take a RB despite the “Eagles never use a 1st round pick on a RB” mentality...

Why are some Eagle Fans so high on Brandon Pettigrew? I am on the other boat.......

This past season, majority of our problems in the offense was 3rd and 1 situations or short yardage problems, the running game and scoring points in the red zone. I will address the red zone problems first and then the other problems later. Our red zone offense was pathetic. Our wide receivers combined for just 11 TDs and out tight ends scored 4 TDs in total. Larry Fitzgerald alone...

Should the Eagles trade up for Crabtree?

Its possible. Hes the best reciver coming into the draft. But is this gamble too much to risk?

Simply the BEST!!

Just a reminder to those who forgot.

Eagles will trade for PETERS over EDWARDS?

Written by Garry Cobb Wednesday, 25 March 2009 Bob Brookover of Philly.com tells us why there's more of a chance that the Eagles would make a deal for Jason Peters a left tackle than Browns wide receiver Braylon Edwards . I agree with him.

Birds Can Grab Crabtree W/Out Loosing 2 1st rd Picks

Im updating this post because the last post was clearlyy too dificult for people to understand so let me explain it the way i would to a 10 year old Eagles - 12 picks (2) 1st rd, (1) 2nd rd, (1) 3rd rd, (1) 4th rd, (4) 5th rd, (2) 6th rd, (1) 7th rd Team X - (Team with Pick in the Top 8) Team Y - (Team That Wants to get back in 1st Rd) The Eagles trade Pick #21...
