The focus of Eagles fans has been Brandon
Pettigrew, but I would be surprised if the Eagles use a top pick on a
position like TE. It’s just not worth a first-round pick. Tight end
is very deep this year. The Eagles are looking at Cornelius Ingram and
Jared Cook as potential second-round picks. They could even wait as
much as the fourth round before taking a tight end. A guy that could
potentially be a tremendous steal is Chase Coffman, who I talked briefly about in my last article on a review of Walter Football’s mock draft for the Eagles.Take a look at this guy. It seems like this guy can catch anything
and as we know, Andy could care less about an elite blocking TE like
Pettigrew. All Andy cares about is if the guy can make catches and
Chase Coffman can certainly do that.VIDEO TO FOLLOW AT THE FULL URL -- YOU NEED TO SEE THIS GUY -- WOW!

Andy Reid does not care about blocking? Are you on crack? He was a frickin' offensive lineman. They draft oline every year. They sign offensive lineman to big contracts. The first big free agent signing of his regime was Jon Runyan! The down and nasty, block to whistle. . . . .or longer tackle. The second Andrews this year! Come on, think before you post.

I was strictly talking about tight ends, not offensive linemen... Jerk off!

Yeah, which is why Chad Lewis was always rated so high, and another reason LJ was b-crack. LJ could not really block. Neither can Celek yet. So if they do get a tight end, blocking will be more important then weapon. Celek is good enough a weapon, we need an in line blocker. And sorry I hurt your feelings. . . you shoudn't take things so seriously. GO BIRDS!

Should the Eagles trade up for Crabtree?
Its possible. Hes the best reciver coming into the draft. But is this gamble too much to risk?
A Trade in the Works?
Yes, a trade (or signing) is in the works - ideally. Phil Savage has said that the Browns are looking to make a trade for a veteran cornerback to help replace Daven Holly, out for the season after blowing out his knee earlier this week. Two names consistently pop up on the radar - free agent Ty Law and Philadelphia Eagles' corner Lito Sheppard. However, problems exist in both...

Philadelphia Eagles FB Leonard Weaver made waves earlier this week when he called Philadelphia his "secondary choice" behind the Seahawks. Inquirer...
Just when I thought I had it all figured out...
No posts for awhile, I know, but it's not my fault. The Eagles' Front Office has spent the free agency period of the off-season doing exactly what they usually do: reading that stack of New Yorkers that's been sitting by the Barcolounger and catching up on all the episodes of South Park they taped during the regular season. In other words, doing nothing other than...

Eagles’ Needs Could be Filled by KC

Word is that no matter how much the Chiefs say that Tony Gonzalez doesn’t want to be traded, people close to him have said different. Larry Johnson has also seemed to have worn out his welcome in KC and will most likely be put on the trading block, if he’s not there...

Leonard Weaver-RB- Eagles
Mar. 28 - 10:45 am et
Newly acquired Philadelphia fullback Leonard Weaver tried to clear the air after causing a stir when he referred to Philly as a "secondary choice" during a radio interview.

Change in trade chart, led by Eagles??
For those who have not heard, there is a group of teams looking to change the "trade chart". And it looks to be led by the Philadelphia Eagles, whom have 11 picks and would love to package some of those picks for something better. So some may go what is the "trade chart"? [...]

DANA POINT, Calif. -- Good seats still available at Andy Reid's table.
That was the case as reporters fanned out across a cavernous ballroom for the NFC coaches' breakfast at 7 a.m. Wednesday. As you might expect, Giants coach Tom Coughlin was the only coach to show up 10 minutes early, but Reid wasn't far behind. His spring collection...
