We've heard this scenario before. Sanctions about to come down on a college athletic program, and the head coach skips town and lands somewhere else. That some might be the NFL for the University of Oregon's head coach Chip Kelly. Kelly is expected to have a good share of suitors for an NFL head coaching job, according to NFL.com's Albert Breer. He says that the Philadelphia Eagles and Carolina Panthers as "likely" options. This rumor adds more intrigue to an off-season already filled with many possible coaching changes swirling around the rumor mill before the season has even ended.
