The College Football Universe Top 126 beginning week two is posted below. It is called the CFU Top 126 since all FBS teams including schools in transition are ranked. The ranking is simply based on which teams I perceive as the best. The CFU Preseason Top 126 was used as a starting point so some rankings may differ greatly from the AP or Coaches Poll. The Fair Ranking System standings, which ranks all schools in a mathematical and systematical method, will be released after week five. CFU No. 5 Texas A&M is a difficult team to figure out right now with all the off-field drama.
