What thoroughbreds are in the Broncos Stable this year? Does Coach Peterson have the horses for another winning season?  It all begins Friday Night in East Lansing when Boise State faces Big Ten Michigan State.  It is the first meeting between these schools and only the second time in 15 years that Boise has played against a Big Ten team.  The Broncos have a new look and are a much younger team then previous years. There are only six returning starters but don't let that hinder your expectations.  Many of the current players did see playing time and were pivotal in Boise success last season.  Matt Miller, Mitch Burroughs, DJ Harper and others will mold a solid and competitive team.

Its game time and the horses are being led to the gates.  The odds on the Broncos winning are not favorable but who knows maybe this year with no one paying attention they will hit the quarter mile and race ahead like a former underdog, Seabiscuit and claim a BCS championship.
