The Eagles traded away their second pick in the 6th round to Cleveland, but with their 3rd pick in the round, number 200 overall, they selected Joe Mays, an inside linebacker from North Dakota State. He's a big time hitter who started for three years. He's another guy who has struggled with injuries as a groin injury slowed him down last year.
It looks like the Eagles keep picking up guys who have talent but are coming off injuries.
