Exclusive Interview, Xavier Boyce, WR, Norfolk State University  A former Virginia Tech WR, Xavier Boyce is an example of a player that accelerated his development by transferring to an FCS program-Norfolk State. Given the opportunity to showcase his abilities, Xavier proved to be a play-making WR-logging 1,373 yards & 8 touchdowns in 2 seasons for the Spartans, while averaging nearly 11 YPC.
