After coming back from numerous surgeries and limitations, Johnson is ready and more focused on doing what he does best: striking out batters with his lightning fast pitches. The 45-year old Johnson and the Giants have agreed to a 1-year, $8 million contract.
Johnson can earn an additional $5 million in performance bonuses. Last season, Johnson went 11-10 with a 3.91 ERA. He made $16 million last season.
