Mr. April shined once again (11W Photo) It wasn’t quite the sunny affair that packed 95,000+ into the Shoe for last year’s Spring Game, but 62,223 were on hand today through scattered showers and those that stuck around until the end were treated to an exciting finish that saw quarterback Kenny Guiton and the Gray squad come back for a 17-14 victory over Scarlet. Guiton, looking to assume the role of Terrelle Pryor’s backup, seemed to validate his selection over Joe Bauserman in the spring game draft, finishing 11/21 for 167 yards and two touchdowns — both to Taurian Washington. The second came on a 45 yard strike with a little over a minute remaining to provide the winning margin and pushed T-Wash’s totals to three receptions for 83 yards (and the two scores) on the day.
