  • This was inevitable, this man knew for a decade that this was going on. (And if anyone doesn't believe that, they must also believe OJ didn't murder his wife and Ron Goldman) If you only drive the getaway car in a bank robbery where someone gets murdered YOU ARE STILL AN ACCESSORY TO THE CRIME, PERIOD!!!!!! Just who in the hell did Paterno think he was to stay silent about this after it was obvious that Spanier, Curley and Schultz were doing NOTHING with the information they received a decade ago about that Stinking Pedophile Sandusky. And if there is any justice at all, these Three Stooges will do some time for obstruction of justice and contributing to the endangerment of minors.
  • One idiot is a crime. Many idiots is a conspiracy. They need to be charged in federal court. PSU took too long to bring that stupid statue down. Only Paterno's family can be excused for their blind bias. That school needs a huge cleansing enema because it's full of turds. That includes the crazy alumni (this includes former PSU football players) and many others who refuse to acknowledge that something horrific occured on campus. PSU needs to talk to all the victims, write a check, take the penalty and move on. They need to quit complaining including PSU supporters. Paterno made a horrific mistake. He should have a plaque to honor him for all his good works but his name should be removed from everywhere. Joe Robbie built his own stadium and his name is no longer on it and he didn't commit any crime. PSU need to get over themselves pronto.

Report: The Joe Paterno Statue will be taken down by Penn State this weekend

A quick thought on the NCAA sanctions against Penn State

Well done. While the penalties the NCAA imposed on Penn State this morning may seem harsh to some - $60 million in fines to be put toward external programs to prevent child abuse and/or help child abuse victims, 4-year postseason ban, a reduction in scholarships, 5 years probation, and 13 years of won games erased from Joe Paterno's record and the schools record - I'm relieved...
