INDIANAPOLIS - Chad Ocho Cinco did not start for the Bengals, though they opened in a three-receiver set - with T.J. Houshmandzadeh, Jerome Simpson and Andre Caldwell on the field. The Bengals said the decision not to start Ocho Cinco was not "medically related" but was simply a coach's decision. Ocho Cinco has started 10 of the team's 13 games. In the second quarter, on a drive that resulted in a Cincinnati field goal, Ocho Cinco had a 26-yard reception - his longest of the season and the first for him of more than 20 yards since the first game of the season. "I chose not to start him," head coach Marvin Lewis said. "It was my decision not to start him but to play the other guys." Ocho Cinco had his best game of the season with 79 receiving yards on five catches. He has 50 receptions for 507 yards.
