Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin told reporters that quarterback Johnny Manziel will announce whether he’s going to enter the NFL draft prior to the Aggies' bowl game.
“We haven’t had that conversation,” Sumlin said, via ESPN.com. “My job is to get him all the facts that we can get him. We’ll have that discussion after the Missouri game, certainly during the bowl preparation. I’m sure the announcement will be made at that time.”
Texas A&M's regular season will end on Nov. 30 and the earliest bowl game for an SEC team is Dec. 30. That means Manziel will have about 30 days to make his final decision.
I think Manziel could use another year of college ball, but I feel like he’ll declare since he doesn’t have much else to prove.

Another season filled with memorable scrambles, long touchdown throws and gaudy statistics has Johnny Manziel in contention for a second straight Heisman Trophy.
It could come down to how well Manziel plays in two tough road games at the end of the regular season, starting this Saturday with Texas A&M's visit to LSU's Tiger Stadium.

Johnny Manziel will announce before Texas A&M’s bowl game whether he will enter the 2014 NFL draft, Aggies coach Kevin Sumlin said Friday. Sumlin said on ESPN Radiothat he has not yet talked to the Heisman-winning quarterback about his decision, but said he will make sure the star quarterback would be well aware of his opportunities. “We […]
If there was ever any doubt that Johnny Manziel deserved to be a front runner for the Heisman, this game will end up proving it. LSU is a tough enough team for the Aggies to take on when they are clicking on all cylinders, but so far in the first half the offensive line can't block, the running backs are going side to side more than forward, the defense can't stop anything...
Linebacker Lamin Barrow never doubted that the Tigers had the talent to bottle up two-time Heisman hopeful Johnny Manziel.
The challenge was getting a unit full of first-year starters to develop the discipline and trust in one another required to execute the schemes drawn up by the man they call ''Chief,'' defensive coordinator John Chavis.
One of the biggest questions for Texas A&M this season has been whether this season will be the last time No. 2 will be taking the field for the Aggies. According to the rules, a player has to be three years removed from high school to be eligible to enter the draft. Since he was red shirted, at the end of this season Manziel will qualify. So will he go or will he come back for...

Johnny Manziel has won a Heisman trophy. If you had only seen Manziel play against LSU these two years, you'd wonder how many people he paid off for the honor. In a domination similar to last year, the Tigers reduced Manziel to mortal cinders. The LSU defense deserves every game ball. They held the Aggies to under 300 yards since before the Sumlin era (way back in 2009...

As good as Johnny Manziel and the Aggies were last year offensively, they've been even better on that side of the ball in 2013. TSD publisher Ben Love previews the Texas A&M aerial display set to hit Tiger Stadium Saturday afternoon.
We are just a couple days away from another big LSU game, this time it’s a showdown with Johnny Manziel and the Texas A&M Aggies. So you know that means we get another good hype video from LesMiles.net. Who else is ready to strap the helmet on after watching this one?

Terrence Magee piled up rushing yards the old fashioned way. Johnny Manziel couldn't keep up.
Magee rushed for a career-high 149 yards, LSU's defense pulled the plug on Johnny Football and Texas A&M's video-game offense, and the No. 18 Tigers energized Death Valley with a commanding 34-10 victory Saturday.

LSU comes into this game having lost two of their last three and three of their last six. For a program like LSU, they are definitely in a bit of a funk. Defensively, the Tigers have given up less than 20 points per game in each of the last four years...
