After a very good preseason performance, Nigel Carr was informed by the Ravens of his release per a league source. Carr was a stand out linebacker in the ACC at Florida State before being dismissed. Carr transferred to Alabama State where he was a top notch linebacker in the SWAC division. Carr was a tackling machine for the Hornets and will now look to catch on another teams roster.
I don’t believe it is the end of the road for Carr, keep an eye on Carr who could be kept by the Ravens as a practice squad guy. Carr could become a huge steal if someone picks him up. He played extremely well for the Ravens.
