PLAYERS: Jared DukePatrick Junen
TEAMS:
Mississippi Rebels offensive linemen Jared Duke and Patrick Junen grabbed a cooler immediately after Saturday's 27-24 upset victory over LSU so that they could give head coach Hugh Freeze a Gatorade bath. There was only one problem: Duke and Junen couldn't find their coach. Seems as though the Gatorade cooler slowed Duke and Junen down so much, they lost track of Freeze in the crowd. However, as For The Win points out, they did find Freeze...eventually. Video via ESPN. H/T FTW. Visit us at holdoutsports.com and follow us on Twitter @HoldoutSports.

WATCH: Ole Miss linemen fail miserably with Gatorade bath

The Ole Miss Rebels pulled off a shocking upset over No. 6 LSU on Saturday. So, as most teams do when they score a win of this magnitude, they seek out their head coach, in this instance Huge Freeze, to drench him in a Gatorade bath. The only problem Saturday is that Freeze was nowhere to be found when the deed was to be done. Via Bleacher Report

Ole Miss TE Engram out for year

Mississippi tight end Evan Engram will have season-ending surgery on his left ankle. The school announced Engram's injury and surgery one day after the Powder Springs, Ga., player caught two passes for 28 yards in the Rebels' 27-24 upset victory over No. 6 LSU. The injury - which the school called a high ankle sprain - happened in the second half, though it was not immediately...

Tight End Evan Engram Will Miss The Rest Of The Season

Two months ago if I were to be talking about him you would be saying, “Evan who?” Since the start of his freshman year, Evan Engram has really established himself as an effective SEC tight end. Twenty catches for 265 yards and three touchdowns later, Evan Engram has become well known throughout the SEC. Through the Texas game, Engram led the team in receiving yards. In Saturday’s...

Where do we go from here?

In a seemingly one-way rivalry, LSU fell to the Rebels in Oxford Saturday night. A game in which the Rebels take very seriously, but LSU hasn't in at least 20 years. Maybe that should change. The depleted Rebels, notably Bo Wallace, played a perfect game. Wallace, who had success against LSU last year, continued that, at point point completing 10 passes in a row in th...

Ole Miss TE Evan Engram Out for Season with Ankle Injury

The only good news for Ole Miss today is that they upset LSU and snapped a three-game losing streak. Other than that, it seems that personnel issues continue to plague the Rebels this season. The latest casualty is being reported by CBS Sports as their star true freshman TE Evan Engram. The team had listed him as having a high ankle sprain in his left ankle, but the injury is forcing...

Evan Engram tweets out positive message following season-ending injury

The Associated Press reports that Ole Miss Rebels tight end Evan Engram will have season-ending surgery on his left ankle.

Ole Miss Rebels No Longer Just Another SEC Team

When people talk about college football the SEC is at the forefront of the conversation; winning the national title year in and year out will do that. However, when people talk about the SEC there are certain teams that tend to come first--Alabama, LSU, Georgie, South Carolina and Texas A&M to name a few. After Saturday night and an upset win over LSU (27-24) it may be time...

Ole Miss upsets #6 LSU 27-24 as Zach Mettenberger throws 3 interceptions

OXFORD, Mississippi– Ole Miss played great on both sides of the ball and with 2 seconds on the clock kicker Andrew Ritter drilled a 41 yarder to lead the Rebels to a victory in front of their home crowd. Ole Miss shocks No. 6 LSU

That's A Winner

OXFORD, Miss. (AP) _ Mississippi kicker Andrew Ritter said his game-winning, 41-yard field goal attempt felt good off his foot. Then he watched with dread as it started drifting right. By the time it reached the uprights, it was dangerously close.
