UNIVERSITY PARK, PA – We are just about ready to kick off the next Penn State football home game against Indiana. This is the first time we will see the Nittany Lions play after facing adversity. We saw players including QB Drew Allar show a lot of emotion following the Ohio State loss, but how will he shake off his tough performance? Also, the offense is under a microscope after last week’s performance. Will they make any changes to the wide receiver rotation against Indiana today?
Time to get back to basics for Penn State football. Playing sound football in all three phases of the game. This team needs to rebuild their confidence today before playing Maryland and Michigan over the next two weeks. It’s also worth noting, can Daequan Hardy make another big special teams play back in Beaver Stadium today?
Additionally, this is a game that the starters need a lot of reps. I would prefer for the first-team offense to stay on the field going a few series into the fourth quarter. If the score is anything like the odds makers in Las Vegas believe (Penn State -31) then it should be lopsided at that point in the game.
