UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — We are minutes away from Penn State football kickoff here in Happy Valley! The starting lineups have been announced in front of the roaring White Out crowd. As the Iowa Hawkeyes are the enemy tonight. No. 7 vs. No. 24 on CBS in this Big Ten showdown, it doesn’t get any better than this. Penn State is looking for revenge after losing the last matchup to Iowa in 2021. Although these are two completely different teams, it feels like the Penn State community hasn’t forgotten or forgiven the Hawkeyes from the last game.

Penn State announces starting lineups ahead of White Out matchup with Iowa

Drew Allar is hopeful for a bounce-back week but this will be the toughest defense he has played to this point. Allar has been almost unstoppable in Beaver Stadium at this point in his career, but will the weather affect his play?

The Nittany Lions are hopeful to get Harrison Wallace III back into the starting lineup tonight after missing the last game. Also, although he might not start, Omari Evans is another player who could play a major role at wide receiver tonight.
