Syracuse’s move to the ACC is bringing a new level of competition on the football field. So, appropriately, the Orange are getting a brand new facility to help stay competitive. The school’s athletics website has released a rendering of what the new practice center will look like – and it’s pretty modern. SU Athletics According to The Daily Orange, the facility will be used by the football, soccer and lacrosse teams. It’s also mentioned that while weight rooms will stay at Manley Field House, the football meeting rooms will move to the new center. SU is hosting an “open meeting” on July 10th at 7:00 p.m. at the Goldstein Student Center to discuss the project. What do you think of the rendering? Will it help SU stay competitive in the ACC?
