Potential NFL Draft fits for Tennessee WR Jalin Hyatt

The recent Biletnikoff Award winner could go as high as the first round in next spring's NFL Draft. ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper has Hyatt ranked sixth overall among receivers. 

He and fellow Vols receiver Cedric Tillman are both declaring for this upcoming draft class. 

Hyatt's 602 receiving yards and nine touchdowns, along with being named college football's top receiver this season, should help him capitalize on a prime draft spot. 

Here are three spots where Hyatt might be able to thrive with if drafted there. 

New York Giants 

The Giants are one of the most receiver-needy teams in the NFL. They're also looking at impact wideouts like Sterling Shepard, Darius Slayton and Richie James heading to free agency. The team also hasn't gotten what it wanted so far out of free agent signing Kenny Golladay. 

Head coach Brian Daboll has led an offensive resurgence since taking over for New York. Taking a touchdown monster like Hyatt could help either Daniel Jones or the next Giants quarterback succeed even more. 

Dallas Cowboys 

The Cowboys have spent weeks entertaining the idea of signing receiver Odell Beckham Jr. because there have been concerns with receiver depth. After receiver Ceedee Lamb, the team could use more help there for quarterback Dak Prescott. 

Hyatt would be the perfect second fiddle for what Lamb can do. When teams double up Lamb, Hyatt could slip free and give Dallas a home run option that could enhance its already potent offense. 

New England Patriots 

The Patriots have struggled in the past to find early round receivers. Hyatt has played against plenty of NFL-style defenses in the SEC. He's give Bill Belichick the cerebral weapon he loves to have on offense. 

The Pats have to do more to help quarterback Mac Jones, especially with Jakobi Meyers set to hit free agency. Hyatt could emerge quickly as a factor in Foxboro.
