Per The Seattle Times Bob Condotta blog it looks like the Washington Huskies program has landed another NICE recruit for 2013.

Troy Williams of Narbonne High in Harbor City, Calif., said today he will sign with the Huskies.

Per Condotta's blog

Quote: Williams is the seventh commit for the Class of 2013. He will sign next February and assuming all of the current QBs remain on the roster, that would give the Huskies five scholarship quarterbacks for the 2013 season.

The others would be Keith Price, who would then be a senior; Derrick Brown, who would then be a sophomore, and Cyler Miles and Jeff LIndquist. Video
