College Football Zealots:
Ohio State +2
This may be the biggest “square” pick of the year, but I just can’t see why Ohio State is an underdog to a very average Wisconsin team. I always stop and take an extra hard look at a game when a top 10 team is an underdog, especially to an unranked team. Does someone know something I don’t know?
This game just looks too obvious. This is a great situational spot for the Buckeyes coming off the bye week. Urban Meyer is 18-3 ATS in his career as a head coach following a week off. And talk about a motivational edge, Wisconsin has already clinched the division and will be playing in the Big 10 Championship game. What have they got to play for? Ohio State on the other hand can’t go bowling this year, so they are shooting for an undefeated season as their reward.
But the biggest reason I am backing Ohio State this week is that the Buckeyes should have a significant edge at quarterback. Braxton Miller is a big-play threat with plenty of experience. Wisconsin is basically down to their third-string QB. Fifth-year senior Curt Phillips got his first career start last week against Indiana and threw the ball 7 times. In fact, Wisconsin ran 71 plays last week against Indiana and 64 of them were rushing plays. They won’t have that same luxury against the Buckeyes. Phillips will need to make plays for the Badgers to win, and with 19 career passes in five years, he has not proven he can.
At the end of September Wisconsin was 3-2 with close wins over Northern Iowa, Utah State (a game they should have lost) and UTEP. Since that time they have beaten Illinois, Purdue, Minnesota and Indiana. Since when does beating four of the worst teams in the conference all of a sudden make you a good team? Wisconsin has played three BCS teams with a pulse this year and they have lost to all three of them. I believe Ohio State will make it four

Its spot in the Big Ten title game already assured, Wisconsin now gets a chance to prove it deserves it.
Knocking off No. 6 Ohio State (10-0, 6-0 Big Ten) on Saturday would go a long way toward erasing that asterisk hanging over the Badgers these days. Wisconsin actually trails the Buckeyes by two games in the Leaders Division, but it's the Badgers (7-3, 4-2) who are on their...
Wisconsin used a powerful display on their power play opportunities to take down Ohio State 4-2 in a crucial WCHA tilt in Columbus, OH on Friday afternoon. The Badgers scored all four of their goals off of special teams opportunities as they climbed to 8-3-2 (4-3-2-2 WCHA) on the season.
Ohio State is now just five points ahead of the Badgers in the WCHA Women's standings...
With Ohio State finishing up another week of preparation for a football game, we clean out the reporter's notebook again. Urban Meyer and his players had a lot of praise for Wisconsin while trying to deflect talk of going undefeated for the season.
Tayler Hill scored 21 points, and No. 20 Ohio State women shot 67.3 percent (35 of 52) from the field as the Buckeyes defeated Cincinnati 87-49 Wednesday night.
Amber Stokes and Raven Ferguson added 16 points apiece, and Ashley Adams pulled down 10 rebounds for Ohio State.
Stokes and Hill both made 8 of 12 shot attempts for Ohio State (1-1), which shot 77.3 percent (17 of 22) from...
The Badgers are heading back to Indianapolis, but there is still unfinished business in the 2012 regular season, starting with No.6 Ohio State Saturday. Badger Nation's popular feature - the Front Seven - is back, rankings the top seven players based on performance, expectations and need.
No team has been able to fully stop Ohio State's offense this season, meaning the Badgers will have their work cut out for them on the defensive side of the ball. Badger Nation gives its keys to victory.
The Ohio State hockey team has dealt well with adversity this season and got its reward Friday night. Brady Hjelle made 20 saves and OSU got goals from Travis Statchuk and Max McCormick while beating No. 19 Northern Michigan by a 2-0 score in Value City Arena.
The Ohio State basketball team shook off a pesky Rhode Island team to grab a 69-58 win in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament in Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday night. Go inside for initial thoughts from Ohio State’s second win of the season.
Wisconsin dominated No.6 Ohio State in yards and time of possession and held the Buckeyes' offense to season lows in three categories, but the amount of missed opportunities caught up with the Badgers in a 21-14 overtime loss.
Could Wisconsin ever replace Michigan as Ohio State's top rival in football? We have some thoughts on that as well as some OSU-Wisconsin Tidbits, This Week In College Football History, news and notes from Around The Country and the Fearless Forecast with one huge Upset Special.
The Ohio State offensive line has earned praise throughout the 2012 season, but that hasn't come only because of the way the big men up front have moved opponents at the line of scrimmage. The coaching staff is also proud of the way the Buckeyes have matured on and off the field while becoming consistent performers.
2013 Ohio State commit Darron Lee made big play after big play in his New Albany (OH) team's quarterfinal win over Marion-Franklin. FOX Sports NEXT's Simone Scott caught up with Lee to discuss his senior season, the Buckeyes as well as which uncommitted player he's talking to.
Every day in the late summer and fall has its moments in Ohio State football history, and Nov. 17 is no different. Click the link to check out this edition of "This Date In Buckeye History."
Senior quarterback Curt Phillips will make his first and last start at Camp Randall when the Wisconsin Badgers welcome in the undefeated Ohio State Buckeyes for Senior Day this weekend.
Overall, the Badgers have nine seniors taking part in the festivities, but it will be Phillips and star running back Montee Ball who will be expected to carry Wisconsin to victory.

No. 6 Ohio State at Wisconsin
Saturday, 3:30pm ABC
Line: Wisconsin -3
It's pretty safe to say this game is a full fledged rivalry at this point and rightfully so after the last few seasons. First Wisconsin spoiled a possible national championship season for the Buckeyes in 2010 with a late October victory and then last season the Buckeyes handed Wisconsin their 2nd straight...
