The University of Tennessee is the latest school to unveil an alternate uniform.
“I like it. All the guys do,” said Vols linebacker Curt Maggitt, who modeled the uniform at UT Media Day. “Sometimes it’s good to shake things up.”
Maggitt is not alone.

Head coach Butch Jones said the jerseys were a one-game deal and was unsure of when the school would wear them but added it would be a home game.
“Make no mistake about it, we don’t want to be a program that has wholesale changes,” Jones said, via USA Today. “It’s a tradition-rich program. There’s only one Tennessee. We’re not going to be a program that’s all over the place with their uniforms. That’s not going to be the case.”
