Current Cincinnati Bearcats head football coach Tommy Tuberville caused quite a stir in December when he allegedly took the job in the middle of a large recruiting dinner while serving as head coach at Texas Tech. On Wednesday, some Red Raiders fans devised a prank in which commemorated that infamous evening by sending a fax of the menu from Lubbock's 50 Yard Line Steakhouse -- the restaurant at which Tuberville allegedly dined and dashed.Normally a message sent by fax isn't likely to get noticed. However, Wednesday just happened to be National Signing Day and a day in which college coaches around the country hover around the fax machine like a group of men huddle around a grill on the 4th of July.Here is a look at the entire fax. It comes complete with a cover letter with the message: "Was thinking of you....We will miss you...Here is an intent letter to remember us by."Via Eye on Sports
