The Ohio State Buckeyes were a 12-0 football team, are currently ranked #3 in the AP Poll, and are one of only two undefeated teams in the country. None of these things, however, thanks to the postseason ban, seem to mean anything to anyone. I am one of the first and foremost people to say that Ohio State deserved the sanctions they were given and needed to clean up their act a bit. The bowl ban and the sanctions should not, however, give the Buckeyes this blatant disrespect from everyone around college football. It started off with the Big Ten coaches. While voting for the All-Conference teams, in an apparent, and childish, message to Coach Meyer, the Coaches of the Big Ten did not select a single Ohio State Buckeye to the first team on the offensive side of the football. Braxton Miller, the award winner for best offensive player and best quarterback in the conference, was voted as a second teamer by the Big Ten coaches.
