NO, JAY CUTLER IS NOT STARTING THIS WEEK. All along, the Broncos thought they could win with Jake Plummer, a solid running game and one of the best defenses in the AFC. Last night against the Chargers, they found out that the QB part of that equation won't result in success against playoff calibur teams. Quarterbacks start and end their careers as caretakers and Mike Shanahan hasn't asked Jake to do much this season. Last night he did and Plummer failed miserably. Is Cutler ready to take over? It's unclear, but Plummer is probably ready to step aside.
