1. Dominic Lovett (Missouri to Georgia)

The skinny: Georgia is never expected to be one of the busier teams in the portal, but they did a great job adding quality with Lovett. Coming off a season when he finished with 56 receptions for 846 yards and three touchdowns, he should become an immediate impact player for the Bulldogs. Georgia also added Rara Thomas, but after a recent arrest there are some question marks about his future contribution which makes Lovett even more important.

2. Dorian Singer (Arizona to USC)

The skinny: While the Trojans return a good amount of talent at wide receiver, they do lose top target Jordan Addison to the NFL. Adding Singer, who finished 2022 with 1,105 receiving yards, second most in the PAC-12, and 66 receptions, immediately gives Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Caleb Williams another elite options to torment defenses with.

3. Devontez Walker (Kent State to North Carolina)

The skinny: The Tar Heels return one of the top quarterbacks in the country, Drake Maye, but lost wide receivers Josh Downs and Antoine Green to the NFL. They responded by adding Walker, who finished the 2022 season with 921 yards and 11 touchdowns receiving. This addition should have received more attention, as Walker has the potential to have an All-American caliber season with the Tar Heels this fall.

4. Travis Hunter (Jackson State to Colorado)

The skinny: Hunter following Deion Sanders to Boulder was not a huge surprise, but there were some who thought that he might take this opportunity to take his talents to a more established program. So now that he is at Colorado, how will he perform against top-level FBS secondaries after seeing SWAC competition last season? Plenty of eyes will be on Hunter this fall to see if he is the elite talent that many thought he was coming out of high school.

5. Aaron Anderson (Alabama to LSU)

The skinny: Yes, Anderson did not accomplish much during his one season at Alabama, but the 2022 five-star is oozing with talent and now returns to his home-state to play for the Tigers. The Tigers lost the wide receiver duo of Kayshon Boutte and Jaray Jenkins to the NFL, so Anderson will have the opportunity to contribute immediately. On top of his receiving skills, he should also make an immediate impact on special teams as a talented kick returner.
