Former Clemson star Trevor Lawrence paid the price after making a friendly wager with one of his Jacksonville Jaguars teammates, former Georgia wide receiver Terry Godwin.
After Georgia beat Clemson 10-3 on Saturday, Lawrence showed up to Jaguars practice decked out in Bulldogs gear.

Georgia held Clemson to just two yards rushing in the game and 180 yards of total offense in the Tigers' first game since Lawrence's ascension to the NFL.
Lawrence was in attendance for the season opener and watched helplessly as his successor, D.J. Uiagalelei, was sacked seven times.
Ironically enough, Lawrence is from Georgia and strongly considered playing for the Bulldogs out of high school, but chose Clemson after then-UGA offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer failed to offer him a scholarship on the spot after outperforming many other quarterbacks.
Clemson and Georgia will not meet again this season unless they match up in the playoffs. Luckily for Lawrence, he likely won't have to sport Bulldogs gear again this season.
