The Pac-12 has four new coaches and an influx of fast-paced offenses. The top of the conference still looks familiar. In the South, Southern California has bounced back from sanctions that led to Reggie Bush's Heisman Trophy giveback and looks poised to make a run at another national championship. The Trojans got surprising news when quarterback Matt Barkley opted to stay in school instead of bolting for the NFL and an unexpected boost when talented running back Silas Redd transferred from Penn State following the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal. Oregon has dominated the North, winning the Rose Bowl for the first time in 95 years last season after playing for the national title the year before. The Ducks have some holes to fill, but again are loaded.
