Updated Syracuse Football Scholarship Tracker for 2024

Syracuse football has been busy on the recruiting trail, adding 24 high school/junior college players to its roster for the 2024 season and a dozen more incoming transfers. Where does that put the Orange in terms of scholarships available? Here is our breakdown.

Scholarship players returning: 58

Incoming 2024 recruits: 24

Incoming transfers: 12

NCAA Limit: 85

Currently available: -9

Keep in mind, the portal window will reopen after spring ball. At that point, more Syracuse players will leave. In fact, it could open up scholarships for the Orange to pursue transfers from other schools to round out the roster. There is still a lot left to be determined.
