It’s all over at State College. After four overtimes, most of which resulted in missed field goals, Penn State was able to knock off previously undefeated Michigan, 43-40. After a bold decision to go for it on 4th-and-1 on Michigan’s 16-yard-line, Bill O’Brien was later rewarded when running back Bill Belton rushed for a 2-yard touchdown for the win. Euphoria in Happy Valley.
