The ridiculous arm talent, elusiveness, football IQ, and otherworldly speed tormented the Orange as the Cardinals scored 63 points to Syracuse's 28. On his 5th score, Jackson cemented his status as the nation's most exciting player. He would leap over an Orange defender en route to the end zone, in what would become the "Lamar Leap."  He finished the evening with an ACC record 610 total yards, and 5 touchdowns responsible for.
