Fresh off a national championship, Michigan wide receiver Roman Wilson is still winning.
The 2024 NFL Draft prospect was the star at wide receiver for the National team on the first day of practice of the Reese's Senior Bowl.
He found the end zone on these two plays, easily separating from defenders both times.

Wilson led Michigan in all major receiving metrics, finishing the 2023 season with 48 receptions, 789 yards and 12 touchdowns. The Wolverines' run-heavy attack limited Wilson's opportunities, but he still made his presence felt.
In the College Football Playoff semifinal against Alabama, he had one of the biggest plays of Michigan's tying drive late in the fourth quarter. Quarterback J.J. McCarthy's pass sailed high, giving Alabama defensive back Malachi Moore a chance to make a game-sealing interception.
Instead, Wilson extended to make an outstanding catch and ran inside the five-yard line. Michigan scored a touchdown two plays later on Wilson's four-yard reception.

The 2024 wide receiver class is stacked. Mel Kiper Jr. has five wide receivers on his top 25 big board, including three of the top six (No. 2 Marvin Harrison Jr., No. 5 Rome Odunze and No. 6 Malik Nabers). The class is so deep that Wilson wasn't listed in Kiper's ranking of the top 10 wideouts.
His impressive first day at the Senior Bowl could change that.
