Who is the next Eric Crouch or Zac Taylor going to be this year. We have three scholarship QBs this year and neither with any real or any experience. Zac Lee got a handfull of plays last year but no real playing time. I don't know much about Kody Spano or Cody Green but I know there is a lot of hype around Green right now even though he is going to miss a bit of spring practice. All three are capable starters and most likely all of them will play this year until one stands out above the rest. I personally would like to see a QB who give us the opportunity to mix the option in with the offense like LSU or Virginia Tech does, so whoever fits that mold is who I am rooting for. But as long as we win the BIG 12, I don't care if Coach Pelini runs trick plays all season long, just win the damn thing.
Its going to be Zac Lee, green is in no way going to be ready to take any snaps this coming year unless Lee gets hurt. And you cant forget about that guy mendoza who they might run as qb for some trick plays. They said that they are gonna let him try out as QB. One thing for sure is i cant wait til I get to see some husker football!!
